Immigration & Permits
Visa Students arriving in Ghana from ECOWAS Countries are not required to obtain visas since Ghana is a member of ECOWAS. Non-ECOWAS students, however, will require a visa.
As part of its partnership with the Center for Business, Health, and Prosperity at the University of Utah, Ensign Global College has developed a step-by-step comprehensive guide that walks international students through each stage of the visa application process. This guide includes information on gathering the necessary documents prior to submission to the resources needed to successfully obtain your visa.
In addition, relevant cultural, healthcare, and travel safety tips are included. Please click on the links below to review the visa and travel guides. International students who have country or cultural-specific questions are encouraged to contact our Admissions team. Ensign Global College's professional staff will gladly assist all students with application, visa, and cultural questions, as well as travel arrangements to campus from Kotoka International Airport in Accra.
